    डोंबिवली:डोंबिवली जवळील घारीवली परिसर पुन्हा एकदा रक्तरंजित गुन्ह्याने हादरला असून, 10 ते 15 जणांच्या टोळक्याने एका वृद्धाची लोखंडी रॉडने बेदम हत्या केल्याने शहरातील कायदा-सुव्यवस्थेचा बोजवारा उडाल्याचे स्पष्ट झाले आहे. या घटनेमुळे “डोंबिवलीत गुंड मोकाट आणि पोलीस केवळ बघ्याची भूमिका घेत आहेत का?” असा संतप्त सवाल नागरिकांकडून उपस्थित होत आहे.

    मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, राहुल जाधव यांचे भाऊ दिनेश जाधव यांना काही तरुणांनी फोन करून बोलावले. ते घटनास्थळी पोहोचताच 10 ते 15 जणांच्या टोळक्याने त्यांच्यावर जीवघेणा हल्ला चढवला. हा वाद मिटवण्यासाठी मध्ये पडलेल्या बामा जाधव यांनाही आरोपींनी लोखंडी रॉडने बेदम मारहाण करत जागीच ठार केले.

    मृत व्यक्तीचे नाव बामा जाधव असून ते वंचित बहुजन आघाडीचे जिल्हा संघटक राहुल जाधव यांचे वडील होते. मंगळवारी रात्री घारीवली येथील जाधववाडी परिसरात ही थरारक घटना घडली.

    या घटनेनंतर मानपाडा पोलिसांनी तीन महिला व एका अल्पवयीन आरोपीला ताब्यात घेतले असले तरी मुख्य सूत्रधार अजूनही फरार असल्याने पोलिसांच्या कार्यक्षमतेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उभे राहिले आहे.

    नागरिकांच्या म्हणण्यानुसार डोंबिवलीत टोळक्यांची एवढी दहशत वाढली कशी?,पोलिसांची गस्त आणि गुप्त माहिती यंत्रणा नेमकी करते तरी काय?,मुख्य आरोपी अजूनही पोलिसांच्या हाती का नाहीत?,सामान्य नागरिकांनी संरक्षणासाठी आता कोणाकडे पाहायचे?

    घटनेनंतर परिसरात भीतीचे वातावरण असून, नागरिकांनी गुन्हेगारांवर कठोर कारवाईची मागणी केली आहे.
