    दि.२ कल्याण: माहिती अधिकार कायद्या अंतर्गत उघड झालेल्या माहितीनुसार डोंबिवली व कल्याण कोळसेवाडी वाहतूक विभागाकडून महिन्याला अवघ्या २/३ वाहनांवरच tinted / black film विरोधात कारवाई केली जात असल्याचे निदर्शनास आले . प्रत्यक्षात मात्र डोंबिवलीसह मुंबई महानगर परिसरात दररोज डझनावारी ब्लॅक फिल्म लावलेली वाहने रस्त्यावर सर्रास फिरताना दिसत आहेत.

    या दरम्यान, मुंबईसारख्या महानगरात अवघ्या ३६ तासांत १२ अल्पवयीन मुलं बेपत्ता झाल्याची बातमी प्रसारित होणं ही केवळ धक्कादायक नव्हे तर गंभीर सुरक्षेची घंटा आहे. ७ पोलीस ठाण्यांच्या हद्दीतून ८ मुलींसह अल्पवयीन बालकं गायब झाल्याने मानव तस्करीच्या टोळ्यांचा संशय व्यक्त केला जात आहे.

    नागरिकांचा थेट सवाल असा आहे की,काळ्या काचा (ब्लॅक फिल्म) लावलेल्या वाहनांतून तस्करी होत असेल तर ती कशी ओळखणार?

    वाहनाच्या आत कोण आहे, काय सुरू आहे — हेच दिसत नसेल तर पोलिस यंत्रणा कशी तपास करणार?

    PUC संपलं की सामान्य नागरिकांवर तात्काळ दंडात्मक कारवाई करणारे वाहतूक अधिकारी, मात्र राजकीय नेते व प्रभावशाली व्यक्तींच्या ब्लॅक फिल्म वाहनांवर कारवाई करण्यास का कचरत आहेत? असा संतप्त सवाल उपस्थित होत आहे.

    सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने ब्लॅक फिल्मवर स्पष्ट बंदी घातलेली असताना, कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी निवडक लोकांसाठी वेगळी का? असा प्रश्न आता केवळ डोंबिवलीपुरता मर्यादित न राहता मुंबई महानगरात घुमू लागला आहे.

    या पार्श्वभूमीवर एसीपी, डीसीपी आणि सीपी स्तरावरून तातडीने अधिकाऱ्यांचे संबोधन व कठोर निर्देश देणे गरजेचे असल्याचे दिसते.
