    kalyan – देशी बनावटीचा गावठी कट्टा (अग्निशस्त्र) आणि २ जिवंत काडतुसासह एकास बाजारपेठ पोलिसांनी अटक केली आहे. शफिक गफुर सैय्यद उर्फ बगला असे याचे नाव असून, त्याच्याकडून एकूण २ लाखांचा मुद्देमाल जप्त करण्यात आला.

    बाजारपेठ पो. स्टे. गुन्हा नोंद क्र ६४/२०२४ भादंवि कलम ३९९,४०२ सह शस्त्र अधिनियम ४,२५(१) सह म.पो.का.क. ३७ (१), १३५ प्रमाणे गुन्हयातील पाहिजे आरोपी शफिक गफुर सैय्यद उर्फ बगला, हा दुर्गामाता मंदिराच्या मागील बाजूस लोखंडी ब्रिजच्या खाली कल्याण पश्चिम येथे देशी बनावटीचा गावठी कट्टा (अग्नीशस्त्र) घेऊन कारमध्ये फिरत असल्याची माहिती पोलिसांना मिळाली होती. त्यानुषंगाने पोलिसांनी सदर ठिकाणी सापळा रचून शफिक गफुर सैय्यद उर्फ बगला याला अटक केली आणि त्याच्याकडून एक देशी बनावटीचा लोखंडी गावठी कट्ट्टा (अग्नीशस्त्र), २ जिवंत काडतुस आणि एक कार असा मुद्देमाल जप्त केला.

    सदर प्रकरणी शफिकविरुध्द बाजारपेठ पो. स्टे. गुन्हा नोंद क्र १०/२०२६ भारतीय हत्यार कायदा कलम ३ (१),२५ सह म.पो. का.क. ३७ (१), १३५ प्रमाणे गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला असून, न्यायालयात हजर करण्यात आले आहे.
